NORTHGATE MARKETPLACE

Project Description: 101,000 SF former Target store remodeled into a multi-tenant retail lifestyle center adjacent to the regional Northgate Mall; remodel included a new facade, and several tenant construction projects including El Meson (restaurant), Keller Williams (realty), American Thrift Store (retail) and Chattanooga College (institutional).
